摘要:This paper describes that spatial conjugate tooth profile in harmonic drive is studied by means of digital simulation,amd a kind of tooth profile is found which not only can be manufactured, but also can work in best way. As results keeping precision of planar involute tooth profile and in srevo system may be improved. extending its precision life.
摘要:Signal flow chart and its simplified rule are introduced in this paper. Basis structure method for signal flow chart of gear train are discussed. Essential step for kinematic analysis of double gear train to apply signal flow chart method are studied with example. And the result of kinematic analysis for epicyclic gear train in common use is given.
摘要:The scuffing of tooth flank in cycloidal reducer with one tooth difference will usually lead to failure in operation. This paper considers that excessively high value of |PV| for the reducer is main cause of the failure. So the product |PV| of acting force and circumference speed should be taken into account besides contaet strength of the reducer.
摘要:On the basis of analying the engaging character of the circular-arc gears with circular-arc tooth trace, in this paper, the engaging motion between circular-arc gears with circular-arc tooth trace and its basic rack are studied by using the principle of engaging surfaces. The calculation formulasincluding the mesting function, the instantaneous comtact line、the normal vector of tooth surface、the relative velocity are derived. The common tooth surface equation is built, and the shape of tooth surface is drawn with aid of apollo computer.
摘要:The rolling-friction cycloid speed reducer has two kinds of tooth profiles─a hypocycloid and an epicycloid. Although their characteristics are diffenent, they both have same overcutting problem. By theoretical analysis, a conclusion that the speed reducer can’t be overcutting if its epicycloid gear pnofile is not overcutting is gained.
