摘要:In this paper, the varying rules of the linear load distribution and the largest stress along the contacting lines are analyzed based on the EHL theory. Applying the method of Newton-Raphson and Newton dowm-hill together, under the assumption of the equal rigid central film thickness, the numerical resolutions along all contacting lines at a time are gained about the helical gears before modification. Based on this, the load and pressure distribution and film thickness of each point along all the contacting lines at a time about the modified belical gears are calculated.On the basis of the laser transmission thohnology used in the reference[4], a sst of data collecting and processing system with a computer was researched. The central film thickness of the helical gears were measured. The measuring results are basically identical to the calculating ones. These show the reasonability and the reliability of the numerical analyzing model established.

摘要:The offset dried chain is a kind of engineering steel chain which always works in rugged environments. It is important to analyze the mechanics properties of sidebar. The construction of offset drive chain is complicated in comparison with the ordinary roller chain. So it is difficulty to make the numerical calculation and numerical simulation. This paper deals with the calculation of the sideba of offset drive chain by using FEM and provides the effective numerical data as the reference for readers.

摘要:In order to find out the failure sources of teeth breakage on sprial bevel gears, competed analyses and researches dealing with design with design manufacture technology have been taken in this paper. in this paper. From the analyses on breaking sections, metallographic examination and the measurement on hardness. hardendepth & impact toughness, the results shows that the imperfection of mechanical process, the low temperature embrittlement of 20Cr2Ni4A steel which is used widely for heavy duty gears is the most important factor affecting the qualitites of gears during the heat treatment. By the deliberate investigation on low temperature embrittlement of 20Cr2Ni4A, it presents the reasonable low temper temperature range for manufacture.

摘要:In this paper the ″Principle of Converted Engagement Reappearance″ is discussed.(1) The realization of generating manufacturing flexible gear under the deformation condition which is equal to that of flexible gear engaged with rigid gear without load;(2) When the wave generator is fixed in the manufacturing system, there is a corresponding relationship between the gear-cuttur and rigid gear; (3) The parameters of harmonic drive gear pair are designed and calculated under the condition of virtual flexible gear: The reference circle of virtual flexible gear is defined as the middle circle of flexible gear,and the pitch circles of harmonic drive gear pair is considered to be equal to this reference circle.The harmonic drive gear pair which are manufactured on the principle of ″Converted Engagement Reappearance″ can conform to the Willis theorem.The manufacturing system based on this principle is efficient and of simple structure.
摘要:Dynamic analysis in gearing system is usually treated as a deterministic problem. However in engineering practice many factors make either the inner excitation or the outer excitation in gearing system undeterministic. Therefore the dynamic behavior is frequently random. It is necessary to analyze the gear dynamic behavior by statistical method. The development on statistical analysis of gear dynamic behavior in the past 25 years is introduced in this paper.
