摘要

本文运用共轭曲面原理对双向圆弧齿轮与其基本齿条之间的共轭运动进行了理论探讨，推导出了啮合函数、瞬时接触线、齿面法矢和相对运动速度等计算公式，建立了齿面的通用方程式，同时在ＡＤ０１１０计算机上绘制出了齿面的形状。

Abstract

On the basis of analying the engaging character of the circular-arc gears with circular-arc tooth trace

in this paper

the engaging motion between circular-arc gears with circular-arc tooth trace and its basic rack are studied by using the principle of engaging surfaces. The calculation formulasincluding the mesting function

the instantaneous comtact line、the normal vector of tooth surface、the relative velocity are derived. The common tooth surface equation is built

and the shape of tooth surface is drawn with aid of apollo computer.
