摘要:A new speed-change transmissiondevice-the gears in 2 pairs of Sliding gearsand 3-axis drives was developed by the machine tool industry of our country. Comparedwith others. this new device features lessgears, more transmission ratios, excellentrigidity. simple and compact structure.However,dueto the lack of suitable method calculating the numbers of gears and teeth for thisdevice,its application and popularization wasgreatly influenced. Based on comprehensiveanalysis,this article recommends a practicalmethod calculating the numbers of gears andtheir teeth. Characteristically raising goodgenerality, simple calculation,easy masteringand popularization.It gines a useful referenceto designing units and enterprises.

摘要:A general formula of assemblingrequirements for 2K-H planetary gear drivewith planetary gears equiangular or not is derived, the classical formula of assembling requirements of planetary gear drive is improvedand expanded, and the range of number ofteeth selected is extended. Moreover, the formulae for calculating the unbalance coefficientof radial force and dynamic disequilibrlumcentrifugal force caussed by this unequalsangle arrangement are presented.At last, to this kind of configuration,practical examples in the field of aviation andground .are enumarated.
