摘要:This paper discusses reliability calculation of mechanical transmission system with correlative failure among components,points out the deficiency in present model for reliability calculation of mechanical transmission system,and introduces a general method to calculate reliability of mechanical transmission system.borne analyses are made combining with examples.
摘要:An universal method for’ generating straight bevel gears is put forward in this paper.The straight bevel gears with non-standard pressure angle may be generated by the standard planing tool with nominal pressure angle of 20°,the crowned teeth having a localized tooth bear.iug can be worked out on general gear shaping machine and the position, shape and size of the tooth bearing can be controlled. It was indicated by the calculated result of TCA that the meshing quality of the pair of gears with pressure angle of 22°30’generated by the planing tool with nominal pressure angle of 20°is the same as that by the planing tool with nominal pressure angle of 22°30’.
摘要:In this paper,a new method for signals pre -processing-the cube-amplitude method is proposed. Results of the study show that the method can effectively weaken the noise which infiltrated in the signals,and therefore improve the signal to noise ratio.

摘要:Based on analyses and a lot of calculations,it is pointed out in this paper that the error of ISO formula Keg on longitudinal load distribu tion in which without taking account of the effect for contact pattern length boo under no load on the teeth,and the revised formula was provided.More reasonable results of calculation by revised formula are approved on field applications.

摘要:A series of formulae for calculating the mechanical efficiency of reducer are developed and are proved by experiments.Upon this basis,an approach is proposed for estimating the mechanical efficiency of high-power reducers through simulation. This approach is found to be feasible,economical and reliable.
摘要:The test data of contact fatigue strength of gears for 12 kinds of material like V-Ti spheroidal graphite cast iron,38SiMnMo and 20CrMnMo etc.are presented.The pitting endurance limits σHim and S-N Curves(R=0. 99)for gears of these materials are compared. Then some conclusions about how to make σHim and ZNT Choice are obtained.
摘要:In this paper,the cause of the worst velocity was furthurly analyzed.It was found that the worst velocity is another critical point of the wear rate and it can be used as a tribological criterion in designing gears operated in boundary lubrication condition.
