摘要

本文集中了钒钛球铁、３８ＳｉＭｎＭｏ等５种材料的非硬化齿轮和２０ＣｒＭｎＭｏ等７种材料的表面硬化齿轮的接触疲劳强度的试验研究结果；比较了这１２种材料齿轮的极限应力σＨＬｉｍ和可靠度Ｒ＝Ｏ．９９的Ｓ—Ｎ曲线，从而得到有关σＨＬｉｍ和ＺＮＴ等取值的若干结论。

Abstract

The test data of contact fatigue strength of gears for 12 kinds of material like V-Ti spheroidal graphite cast iron

38SiMnMo and 20CrMnMo etc.are presented.The pitting endurance limits σHim and S-N Curves（R=0. 99）for gears of these materials are compared. Then some conclusions about how to make σHim and ZNT Choice are obtained.
