摘要:Comapared with the gencrating mothed,the fall formate method is with many merits in cutting internal spiral level spiral level gears, In this paper, the tooth surrace equations and calculative procedure of contact points are given of the internal spiral level gears cut by the full formate method, the second-order analysis for mulae at any contact pount and the third-order analysis fromulac at reference point are devcloped, the analysis results are also discussed.

摘要:The new method of normal direction stiflness matrix of contact lines of gear tecth, which analyses gear tooth stiffness and distribution along contact lines is presented. The The relation between nodal forec of contact lines and normal deformation has been established. toad distribution along the contact lines,load sharing among contact tecth and instantaneousmesh stiffness are analyzed by adding deflection concord condition and force cquilibrium condition. A special software calculating load distribution is developed.Calculating examples and load distribution curves in consideration of multi-tooth contact, stiffness and boundary effect are given out . The method gives up plane assumption and is suitable for practical load distribution, so the results have high accuracy and reliability.

The distribution paremcters of fort data are cstimatcd and inspected with computer. The present work gives two curves of R-S-N and provides the contact endurance limits to predict the gcars life.

摘要:The results of hobbing right-angle experiment for a group of through hardened involute gears (HBS 330-340) and for several groups of comparing experiments are described in this paper.Some factors which influenced the hobbing of fects-gcometric accuracy and roughness of the tooth surface-are analyzed. At the same time, suitable finish hobbing standards, methods of cortrolling quality and economical manufacturing accuracy of the gears are al so put forward.

摘要:The liviter introduces a method of designing the spherical hob. New concept on thooretical working error of generating gcar for the hob and calculating mothod of its working theoretical crror are prosented. Various factors influencing theoretical crror are analysed.
