摘要

本文阐述了对一组渐开线中硬齿轮（硬度３３０～３４０ＨＢＳ）进行滚切正交试验及几组对比试验的结果，分析了影响齿轮滚切质量（几何精度和齿面粗糙度）的诸因素，提出适用的中硬告精滚切削规范，质量控制措施及企业加工的经济精度。

Abstract

The results of hobbing right-angle experiment for a group of through hardened involute gears （HBS 330-340） and for several groups of comparing experiments are described in this paper.Some factors which influenced the hobbing of fects-gcometric accuracy and roughness of the tooth surface-are analyzed. At the same time

suitable finish hobbing standards

methods of cortrolling quality and economical manufacturing accuracy of the gears are al so put forward.
