By considering the deformations of high speed shafts
planetary bearings
housing bearings on output shaft
gearings
and errors of eccentric sleeves as well as ring-plate
the coordination relations between those deformations are derived. An elasto-dynamics model for a three-ring-plate gear reducer with freely rotating eccentric sleeves on supporting shaft is present.By solving the governing equation
loads acting on gears and bearings and natural frequencies of the system can be obtained. The comparison of simulation results between this new structure reducer and traditional one indicates that the freely rotating eccentric sleeves on supporting shaft can eliminate the micro-wearing of eccentric sleeves and does not change the load performance greatly. However
this will greatly reduce the first natural frequency.
