摘要

介绍了一种将热处理淬火工艺和轮齿加工形变工艺于一体的热滚挤工艺的工艺过程

同时阐述了滚挤加工原理

并以广泛应用于汽车行业及精密机床上的20CrMo渗碳齿轮为例

在ANSYS中进行了仿真分析

为该工艺的实验研究奠定了基础。

Abstract

A ausform-finishing process

which integrates the technology of heat treatment

hardening of steel components and tooth profile machining into a manufacturing operation

is discussed

and the machining principle of Ausform-finishing is represented.Then the gear steel 20CrMo which is widely used in auto and precise machine industry is analyzed by ANSYS software.A better basis for the experimental investigation of this technology is provided.
