极位夹角与传动角是曲柄滑块机构的两个重要参数
本文通过引进辅助角β建立了最小传动角与极位夹角之间的数学表达式
通过Matlab软件编程得出了γmin取得最大值时所对应的β值
并详细分析了γmin和θ之间的关系。根据β值确定曲柄的转动中心A点的位置
这样设计得到的曲柄滑块机构具有最佳传动性能。
Crank angle between extreme positions and transmission angle are two important parameters. Equation which research relation between γ
min
and θ is set up by utilizing supplementary angle β. β* is calculated while γ
equals maximum by utilizing procedure of Matlab
and the relation between γ
and θ is elaborated in detail. Rotating center position of crank is determined by β*
so as to assure the best trasmission performances in crank-slid mechanism.
