摘要

采用解析法求解销齿传动的齿面方程

推导出直接计算销齿轮齿形的坐标方程。本文采用的解析法对于等距包络曲线的研究是一种有用的工具

且计算简便。并且提出了销齿传动齿廓优化设计的设想。

Abstract

The analytics is adopted to calculate the equation of tooth profile for pin gear drive

and the equation to calculate the profile coordinate of pin gear directly is deduced. The analytics adopted is an useful tool for study of equidistant envelope curve and it is easy to calculate. Besides

the optimizing design proposal for the tooth profile of pin gear drive has been put forward.
