The crank-slider which reappears continuous path has six variables. An optimal synthesis model based on the angle error of guide passage of crank-slider is set up. These variable values of the crank-slider reappearing continuous path are obtained by genetic algorithm which can get the global optimal results easily in the feasible region. A scheme of path simulation of crank-slider is proposed based on the VC++
which plays an important role in checking the optimal results and providing properties for path simulation of other mechanisms. The example’s account proved that this method is useful and doable.
