Designed a printing chamber synchronization control system using common V-belt

introduced the synchronization control arithmetic

analyzed the reasons of belt’s elastic slide rate fluctuating and presented calculation formula on-line

pointed out the influence of alterable frequency speed controller’s drive characteristic to identification results

and took correctional measures. Experimentation result indicates that the arithmetic satisfied required control precision and placidity.
