Based on graph theory and the methodology of fundamental circuits for gear trains

the motion analysis and the mechanical efficiency of the planetary gear trains were introduced. Then the dynamic model of the planetary gear system was set up

and the dynamic simulation was established. The results of this work could be used as a correct theoretical tool to analyze the planetary gear trains and the transmissions.
