针对这一问题
建立滚柱、外环、内星轮磨损量与楔角增量关系的数学模型
导出磨损与楔角增量关系公式。结合实例
进行了楔角对磨损的敏感程度及自锁失效原因的分析。在此基础上
提出避免滚柱式超越离合器失效的设计方法。
Majority of failture of roller type of overunning clutch is failture of self-lock.Aiming at the problem
mathematical model of relation between the increment of wedge angle and the wear of roller
outer rim
and planet wheel is built
and the calculation formulas are derived.The sensitive of wedge angle to wear of roller
planet wheel
and the origin of failture of self-lock are analyzed by an example.Based on the anlysis
the design method to avoid failture of roller type of overunning clutch is given.
