摘要

对ISO/GB与AGMA标准下圆柱齿轮传动的设计计算方法进行了比较研究

较详细地分析了计算公式的特点及相关系数的含义与选取。研究表明

在齿轮传动CAD设计与结构优化方面

AGMA计算方法较ISO/GB易于实现;但两种计算标准的齿轮传动计算方法得出的结论均偏向保守。

Abstract

Comparative study about the calculation of cylindrical gear drive design are processed between the standards of ISO/GB and AGMA

then the specialty of calculating formulas is researched and the meaning and selection of relative fators are investigated.The study indicates:compared with the calculation of ISO/GB

numeric design and frame optimization in gear drive are implemented conveniently with the one of AGMA

but the conclusions from the two calculation of spur gear drive design lean to conservation.
