摘要

基于蜗杆机构的原理特征

在螺纹套丝机的进退刀机构的设计中

根据设计要求采用蜗杆机构作为螺纹套丝机螺纹切削的运动和动力输出机构

并对进退刀机构的运动关系、理论传动误差进行了分析

对蜗杆机构的复合应用有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Base on the involutes worm principle

According to design requirement

involutes worm is used in the thread machine-feeding device.The involutes worm function is transferring cutting-movement and power.The movement relation and theory transmission error of the thread machine-feeding device are analyzed.There is a certain reference value to the complex application of involutes worm.
