摘要

正确选用齿轮润滑油对于减少齿轮磨损、延长机组寿命具有重要的作用。本文在分析工业闭式齿轮润滑油的选用方法的基础上介绍了利用VB（Visual Basic）开发的基于Windows环境的齿轮润滑油选择系统。分析了系统的功能模块

介绍了各个模块的实现方法。该系统功能强大、界面友好、运行方便。用户不必具有专门的润滑知识

只需输入齿轮箱的基本参数便可迅速获取选油结果

省去了复杂的数学计算及对操作人员润滑知识的过高要求。

Abstract

The proper selection of gear lubrication oil has an important function to reduce the wear of the gears and to prolong the gear set’s life.On the basis of analyzing the methods to choose the lubrication oil of industrial enclosed gears

this paper introduced the gear lubrication oil selection system which is programmed with VB and with Windows as its supporting platform.After analyzing the functional modules of the system

the authors described how each module carried out and displayed several major interfaces as well.
