Load-bearing specific performance of the precision linear motion guide mechanism is discussed by using finite element analysis
especially focusing on the rigidity
the contact strength and the vibration characteristics in the mechanism.A mathematical model of the linear motion guide mechanism load-bearing performance is firstly established.And then
the load-bearing performance of the mechanism is proved up by numerical analyzing.The effect of this method has been proved by comparing experimental data and data with hertz theory.The computer assistant analysis software of this mechanism has been completed.It is discovered that load-bearing performance may be substantively improved by using the rigidity preloading method.
