摘要

利用等效杠杆法分析了三自由度三行星排行星齿轮传动变速器可以实现的档位数

并对三自由度三行星排行星齿轮传动变速器基本接合元件的布置、行星排之间可能的连接形式及各种传动简图进行了深入的研究

得出了可行的传动方案。利用相应的计算机辅助分析程序

对三自由度三行星排行星齿轮传动变速器的各种传动方案进行了全面的分析。建立了对行星齿轮传动变速器各传动方案的模糊评判目标进行定量化处理的数学方法

并通过模糊综合评判

得出了评判结果。

Abstract

The number of shift that planetary gear transmission can carry out

which has three-degree of freedom and three-planet-row

is analyzed with the lever analogy.The layout of the basic joint element of this kind of transmission

the mode of its planetary-gear-row and all drive diagrams is studied

and then a feasible project is carried out.In addition

all kinds of drive scheme are analyzed comprehensively with corresponding computer auxiliary analysis program.Finally

a fuzzy mathematical model is created.With this model the drive scheme of this kind of transmission can be assessed quantitively and the result of assessment can be obtained.
