摘要

通过对球磨机传动系统实际运行状况的研究

建立了球磨机传动系统的故障树

并利用数字仿真方法对故障树进行了定量分析

得出了球磨机传动系统的寿命分布函数、各基本部件的模式重要度和基本部件重要度。

Abstract

By studing on the practical performance of the ball mill transmission system

the fault tree of the ball mill transmission system is built up.The life distribution function of the transmission system is obtained through the digital simulation of the fault tree

and the basic unit importance and the mode importance of the basic unit are also attained.
