摘要

简述了小波分析的数学原理和小波分析在齿轮故障诊断中的应用机理

提出了进行齿轮故障诊断的两种方法:奇异点检测法和多分辨分析及能量检测法

通过仿真和实例证明这两种方法能准确提取齿轮的故障特征

达到识别故障、消除故障的目的。

Abstract

The mathematical principle of the wavelet analysis is introduced.The application of the wavelet analysis is analyzed to the fault diagnosis for gear. It is presented that two methods: the method of examining singular signal and examining energy using to the Multi-Resolution analysis.It is showed by the simulation and practice examples represented that two methods not only can extract the fault pattern correctly and promptly

but also achieve the purposes of identifying and eliminating the fault.
