摘要

柴油机凸轮轴是保证柴油机性能的重要零件

其主要失效形式为磨损失效。试制1105W直喷型柴油机时发现

按传统强化工艺制造的凸轮轴不能同时满足进排气凸轮与油泵凸轮的使用要求

油泵凸轮磨损严重。通过工艺改进

采用“重熔硬化+表面淬火+低温回火”工艺

明显提高了油泵凸轮的耐磨性。

Abstract

Diesel engine’s cam is the important part to ensure diesel engine’s performance

its main failure is abrasion.When making the 1105W direct-spurt diesel

it was found that cam shaft that made according to the traditional technology can’t meet the requirement of inlet and exhaust cam and oil pump cam at the same time

the abrasion of oil pump cam is serious.Oil pump cam’s wear resistance can be improved remarkablely through the technology of remelting hardening +surface quenching + low temperature tempering.
