three plunger reciprocating pump’s CAD system is developed with VB6.0 according to many years’experience in design and manufacturing about reciprocating pump of WuXi Haiyan high pressure pump factory.This paper introduces the development process of crankshaft CAD module of this system.This CAD module can carry out the dimensions calculation

strength check and rigidity check.Using the present popular SolidWorks platform

parametric drawing program of crankshaft CAD module is developed

which realized the automation drawing of crankshaft.
