依据外啮合齿轮泵的困油原理
着重分析困油容积 /困油压力与卸荷槽宽度及齿侧间隙之间的关系
据此建立其相应的微分方程组模型
利用现有的求解微分方程组软件模拟其动态历程。此类仿真数据结果对外啮合齿轮泵设计具有指导意义。
By introduced the principle of close cubage in outer joggling gear pump
analyzed the relationship between close cubage & pressure and the groove width for unloading & side clearance in two gears
thus made their relative differential equation model. Using the software for solving differential equation
we could receive the simulation result of outer joggling gear pump. Of course
these results should be very useful to design Outer joggling gear pump.
