摘要

提出了在不增加机床控制轴数的情况下

实现圆柱分度凸轮单侧面加工的刀位控制原理。给出了刀位控制数学模型

该方法可克服等径范成法的加工缺陷

提高加工精度和表面质量

延长刀具使用寿命

扩大刀具使用范围

很经济地实现廓面的磨削加工。本研究对于提高圆柱分度凸轮机构的传动精度、扩大其使用范围

有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。

Abstract

A new cutting tool control method of one-side processing for cylindrical indexing cam is proposed. Without increasing the coordinated axes of numerical control machine

one-side processing for cylindrical indexing cam is realized

and a mathematical model of cutting tolls control method is established. This technology overcomes the shortage of the equivalent-radius enveloping method

improves the machining accuracy and the quality of contour surface

increases the life span of the tools

and also economically realizes the grinding of the cam.
