目的

合理设计在大功率风电齿轮箱中广泛应用的滑动轴承尤为关键。轴承半径间隙直接影响着润滑、载荷分布、摩擦及振动等性能。优化间隙设计既能确保正常运行,又能提升效率,延长寿命。以某大功率风电齿轮箱滑动轴承为例,提出了一种基于公差配合,同时计及粗糙度、修形与热变形的润滑间隙设计方法。
方法

分别对齿轮-轴套、轴套-轴的配合进行设计计算,并在等效试验机上进行了极限工况试验验证。
结果

结果表明,该方法可以实现大功率风电齿轮箱滑动轴承间隙的合理配置,以此验证了该方法的准确性。
Objective

Rational design of sliding bearings widely employed in high-power wind turbine gearboxes is of critical importance. The bearing radial clearance directly governs lubrication regime
load distribution
friction loss
and vibration behavior. Optimizing clearance design not only ensures reliable operation but also enhances energy efficiency and prolongs service life under dynamic loading and harsh environmental conditions. Taking a sliding bearing in a high-power wind turbine gearbox as an example
a lubrication clearance design method is proposed that integrates tolerance fit specifications while accounting for surface roughness
geometric modifications
and thermal deformation effects.
Methods

Design calculations were independently conducted for the gear-bushing and bushing-shaft fits
and validation was performed through extreme-condition testing on an equivalent test rig under simulated operational loads and environmental constraints.
Results

The results demonstrate that this method enables a reasonable configuration of the sliding bearing clearance
validating its correctness.
