目的

齿轮传动系统常服役于变负荷甚至极端重载工况,其实际动态行为与设计工况存在显著偏差,易诱发系统异常振动及齿面磨损、轮齿断裂等故障。为揭示运行负荷对齿轮传动动力学行为的影响规律与内在机制,开展了不同负荷下齿轮副啮合状态及振动特征研究。
方法

以一对直齿圆柱齿轮为对象,通过KISSsoft软件接触分析功能,计算了表征不同负荷下齿轮啮合状态的时变啮合刚度;引入含制造误差、齿侧间隙的齿轮副扭转振动模型,数值求解了不同负荷下系统的模态特性与振动响应。
结果

结果表明,齿轮啮合具有重载硬化效应;随负荷加重,啮合刚度、重合度、固有频率及共振转速均非线性增大,且增长率呈逐渐饱和趋势;负荷越重,系统振动响应受到的制造误差的调制作用越明显。
Objective

Gear transmission systems often operate under varying loads and even extreme heavy-duty conditions
where their dynamic behavior significantly deviates from the design specifications
potentially leading to abnormal vibrations as well as faults such as tooth surface wear and gear tooth fracture. To investigate the influence and underlying mechanisms of operating load on the dynamic behavior of gear transmissions
the meshing state and vibration characteristics of gear pairs under different loads was studied.
Methods

Taking a spur gear pair as the research object
the time-varying meshing stiffness characterizing the gear engagement state under different loads was analytically calculated using the contact analysis function of KISSssoft software. A torsional vibration model of the gear pair incorporating manufacturing errors and backlash was introduced
and the modal characteristics and vibration response of the system under different loads were numerically solved.
Results

The results indicate that the gear meshing exhibits a heavy-load hardening effect. With the increase in load
the meshing stiffness
contact ratio
natural frequency
and resonant rotational speed all increase nonlinearly
while the growth rates exhibit a gradual saturation trend. Furthermore
heavier loads amplify the modulation effect of manufacturing errors on the system response.
