In order to solve the transport vehicle drive axle housing fatigue failure during operation and existing so large differences in finite element analysis and practical problems
a dynamic load of stochastic-changed amplitudes based on the axle housing to test data and virtual bench of the axle housing and life stress and deformation analysis system is established
the variation of the axle housing of the performance indicators in the new environment is studied
and the dump truck driving axle housing in the actual is verified.The results show that the magnitude of change on both sides of axle load range is 150300 kN
with the increase of vehicle speed
the stress and deformation axle housing will increase
the safety factor will decline
the low mean stress and low stress amplitude has an important impact on the life of the dump truck axle.
