the shift synchronization process affected by shift parameters is studied when the synchronization force is different values.The structure and function of the test bench is introduced.And then
the synchronization process models are simplified and the model of service life of the lock ring synchronizer is given.The simulations and experiments of synchronizing process equipped with different shift parameters which are loaded by the variable synchronization force is completed.The results of the study shows
the appropriate synchronization force for each shift parameter can not only meet the requirements of the shift quality and the service life of synchronizer
but also reduce the energy loss of the actuators during the synchronization process.And the suitable MAP for shift control strategy can be established in the future.
