根据多片式湿式离合器工作原理和接合特性
建立湿式离合器系统结合过程湿振数学模型
基于复特征值及湿模态理论
采用数值分析和有限元方法研究多片式湿式离合器接合过程的稳定性
并对多片式湿式离合器关键参数对系统稳定性的影响规律进行研究。研究结果表明
通过引入雅克比矩阵可以计算出系统的稳定性特征
为后续湿式离合器可靠性优化提供依据;随着对偶钢盘刚度增加系统不稳定模态的阶数个数也增加
系统的稳定性将下降;随着作用压力逐渐增大
各阶模态对应的实部值也逐渐增大
系统的稳定性呈现下降趋势。
Aiming at the problem of the system vibration stability of the multi-plate wet clutch on engagement process
according to the working principle and engaging characteristics of the multiplate wet clutch
the mathematical model of a wet clutch system engagement process is established
based on the complex eigenvalue and wet modal theory
by using numerical analysis and finite element method
the stability of multi-plate wet clutch engagement process is studied
and the influence law of multi-plate wet clutch key parameters on the system stability is studied.The results show that
through introducing the Jacobi matrix
the stability characteristics of the system can be calculated
the basis for subsequent wet clutch reliability optimization is provided.With the increase of the dual steel plate stiffness
the order number of unstable modes will increase
the stability of the system will fall.As the role of pressure increases gradually
each mode corresponds to the real value also increases
the stability of the system show a downward trend.
