摘要

双曲型法向圆弧齿轮是一种将圆弧齿形发展到交错轴齿轮传动的新型技术。在传动原理的基础上

从失配共轭思想出发

提出点啮合化双曲型法向圆弧齿轮副的设计方法

推导出生成实际齿廓的准线与母线。以UG软件为平台

构造点啮合化的双曲型法向圆弧齿轮副实体模型

并通过运动仿真来验证传动原理与设计方法的正确性。

Abstract

Hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gear is a novel technology in which the circular-arc tooth profile is developed into the gear pair with crossed axis.Based on the transmission theory and the mismatch theory

the design method of hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gear pair with point contact is proposed.The directrix and the generatrix for generating the real tooth surface are deduced.On the UG-based platform

a 3D model of hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gear pair with point contact is constructed

and a motion simulation is conducted to verify the transmission theory and the design method.
