speed and its interaction on the water-lubricated bearing friction performance
a series of experiments on the MPV-20 Dscreen type friction wear testing machine are carried out
the friction coefficient at different speeds and loads in the conditions of water
sediment concentration of 0.5%and 3%are measured and the experimental results in repeated two-factor analysis of variance is carried out.The results show that
both the speed and the load have a significant influence on the performance of the bearing friction
while the speed of which the most obvious.Sediment concentration for the impact on the performance of the bearing friction of 0.5% and3% of the working conditions are more significant in the interaction
it should be fully consider the impact of these factors in the design and research related to the bearing. In addition
the Streibeck curve is drawn based on experimental data to study changes of lubrication state in water lubricated rubber bearing.
