Based on rigid-flexible coupling multibody dynamics and fatigue cumulative damage theory
the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype model of shearer that taking the planetary mechanism as flexible member is established by multi-software co-simulation platform.Through the dynamics simulation analysis of the model found that
the planetary carrier of cutting part occurred mainly bending and torsional deformation.The principal stress values are in the range of its allowable stress
meeting the requirements in terms of strength
the reliability is high.A larger forces on the root of the output terminal of planetary carrier of traction part and undercut connections
existing the phenomenon of local stress concentration.After rain flow counting and extrapolation processing of the original load spectrum of the simulation results on the dynamics of planetary mechanism on its key point
the fatigue life is analyzed
the number of cycles of fatigue life and fatigue life cloud are got.A new method for the study of dynamic stress distribution and fatigue life under conditions of complex structure is provided by the result of analysis.
