In order to solve the decline stability of the fall-clearing mechanism of a platen diecutting machine made independently with innovation when the running speed is increased.The simulation of the fall-clearing mechanism is carried out by using ADAMS
the motion simulation curves of main mechanism is drawn.The improved design of the drive cam of the fall-clearing mechanism is carried out based on the analysis of curve characteristic
the new way of using ADAMS to design the cam is proposed.The improved model is simulated and stimulation curve is drawn.The feasibility of the improved design is verified by comparing initial curve advantage and characteristic with improved ones.It is positively helpful to improve the stability of machine when the running speed is increased and also further study.
