The power splitting effect of planetary transmissions depends on load sharing property that rely heavily on floating support type of sun gear and tooth surface modification of all meshing gear.To evaluate the effect of load sharing

the tooth surface working stress data is acquired by using strain gauge testing

and based on the data some advices are got for further design modifications to satisfy design requirement of perfect design and finalize the prototype.
