the three dimensional model of the gearbox is established based on SolidWorks and imported in the ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of gearbox for simulation analysis.Then a statics experiment analysis of the gearbox is carried out.Experiment results and the simulation results are compared to verify the finite element model correctness and reliability

and a theory basis for finding out the sensitive part of the gearbox and structural optimization design of the gearbox is provided.
