The elastic deformation of the space curve meshing gear(SCMG)mechanism will happen under the loading condition
so as to the transmission precision is affected.Based on the space curve meshing theory
the force analysis of the meshing tine is carried out
the effect of contact ratio on the force of the meshing tines is studied
and the deformation law of the meshing tines is obtained.Then
equations of the actual centre line of the meshing tines are obtained
the equations of the actual tooth surface of the meshing tines are solved.Then
the transmission errors are obtained by tooth contact analysis
and the effect of different contact ratio on transmission error is studied.Finally
the modification method for improving the transmission accuracy of meshing tines are proposed relying on the results of the meshing tine deformation law under loading
and a modification case of the meshing tines is provided.The result shows that the transmission accuracy can be greatly improved by the proposed modification method.
