To the vibration problem of the ball screw mechanism of textile machine
the dynamic vibration model of ball screw transmission mechanism is established

the equivalent axial stiffness and the axial stiffness of ball nut and the mass of ball screw to influence on a ball screw drive system vibration characteristics are studied
in the form of vibration acceleration for the vibration characterization.The research results show that with the preload
the torsional stiffness and the equivalent axial stiffness
the axial stiffness of ball nut increase and the mass of work table
the mass of ball screw decrease
the vibration acceleration peak frequency of ball screw is increased.With the preload
the axial stiffness of ball nut increase and the mass of work table and ball screw decrease
the vibration acceleration peak value increase.With the increase of torsional stiffness
the vibration acceleration peak value shows the tendency of first decrease then increase at last decrease.With the increase of equivalent axial stiffness
the vibration acceleration peak value shows the tendency of first increase then decrease;with the increase of preload
