a mathematical model for effect of backlash is derived by using the method of mathematical derivation.Then a matching process is presented under the existing conditions.Finally
through the experimental verification
the matching process is simple and easy to implement
in under the premise of the cost of testing isn’t increased
and the matching efficiency for synchronizer gear hub and gear sleeve could be improved.
