For the presence problem of high temperature deformation of the disc brake during the braking
the interfacial friction heat and thermo-elastic deformation of materials is introduced into computing model taking the disc brake as the study object and using the method of numerical analysis
the variability law of the pressure distribution characteristic of disc brakes under different operating conditions is studied. The results show that after a certain time of braking
the brake reaches a steady state
the pressure distribution will be a fixed state
but the change of the friction material surface at high temperature
the surface pressure distribution is different.By repeatedly braking
the surface contact pressure changes occur in the course of the radial contact
the pressure distribution on both sides of the brake disc temperature difference and thermal deformation is larger
but smaller difference in the friction disc portion. The influence of heat and thermal elastic energy on the friction materials actual contact area is more than the nominal area
