通过将齿轮的齿面接触作为直观判断方法
以齿轮的传递误差(TE)和变速箱轴承座孔处壳体动态响应作为理论判断
借助受载齿轮接触分析进行仿真设计
同时进行振动噪声实验测试
在仿真和实验结果对应的基础上
对现有变速箱齿轮进行修形优化
降低了由齿轮产生的啸叫声
为汽车变速箱啸叫问题的解决提出了可行的方法。
Through taking the gear tooth surface contact pattern as a straight judgment
the TE and dynamic response of the gearbox bearing case as a theory judgment
with the help of contact analysis of the loaded gear
the simulation design and the test of the vibration noise are carried out.On the basis of the comparing of simulation result with test result
the modifcation optimization of the existing gearbox is accomplished.The noise of whine producing by gear is reduced
a feasible method for solving the problem of automible gear whine is proposed.
