摘要

摆线泵的径向力是摆线泵结构设计和参数优化过程中的重要依据

而系统地分析摆线泵径向力的相关研究国内尚未见到。通过分析摆线泵径向力的组成

以渐开线齿轮泵为参照

推导出了摆线泵径向力的计算公式

其结果将为摆线泵结构设计和参数优化提供依据。

Abstract

The radial force of cycloidal pump is the important reference during the process of structure design and parameter optimization.The related research of systematic analysis of the cycloid pump radial force of domestic haven’t seen.With involute gear pump for reference

the composition of cycloidal pump radial force is analyzed theoretically and the formula is deduced in order to provide reference for the design and optimization.
