The method of parameterized design and second development basic procedure are introduced

and the parameterized model of the reducer box is designed by Pro/E software

then some functions liked parameter editing and model rebuilding of the box is achieved.The second development tool Pro/TOOLKIT and VC++language are combined

and the interface in parameterized design for the box is developed by DLL Mode

in results

the box structure design would be more flexible and highly active

and then some technical support of standardizing and serial design are provided for the parts standardization and seriation design to the box.
