The dynamical characteristics of high speed motorized spindle
which are the core components of numerical control machine tools
has a great influence on the machining precision of workpiece.A bearing-rotor dynamical model for high-speed motorized spindle is established
the dynamic stiffness of angular contact ball bearings and inherent characteristics of bearing-rotor system are calculated.The influence of the dynamic stiffness of bearings on the inherent frequency of system under different speeds is researched.Finally
taking an experiment on a 2GZD60 type motorized spindle as study object
the first order natural frequency and second order natural frequency are test
and the error is small between it and theoretical calculating value.
