将最优化数学理论与具有强大数值计算功能的软件MatlaB相结合
运动到齿轮泵的优化设计过程中。优化过程以齿轮泵体积最小为目标函数
提出相应约束条件
并对优化的结果进行Fluent软件的验证
得到优化后的齿轮泵的体积与优化前的空间体积减少了22.92%
优化效果明显。
Combined the optimization mathematical theory with Matlab
and the method is applied to the process of gear pump optimal design.During the optimal design process of gear pump
taking the minimum volume of gear pump as objective function and the constraint conditions are put forward
and the result of the optimal is verified with software Fluent.The volume of new design pump is reduced by 22.92%compared with the original pump
so the effect of optimization is significant.
