To further investigate the mechanism characteristic of CVT in transmission process
introduction of elastic deformation effects in the belt drive belts
and taking into account the friction between the belt and layered belt and pulley
the steady-state operation of the belt drive model is established to analyze the system drive belt friction
tension and velocity variation in the steady state operation of the process at different locations and different pulley ratios under.The results show that in the capstan area
when the friction coefficient of the friction contact surface is not large enough
the inside of the belt will absorb the large load
the friction coefficient is large enough
the layers of the belt will be approximately the same load balancing
the opposite region of the driven wheels
innermost conveyor drive speeds up and from the inside out at the driving wheel area gradually decreased with the increase of the coefficient of friction between the belt and pulley
belt speed layers increased
the area opposite the driven wheel.When the spacing between the pulley system fixed in the belt drive for the moment than the minimum length
with transmission ratio changes
the length of the belt will show an increasing trend.
