For accurately and efficiently simulating the rotary inertia of automotive transmission in actual working condition
realizing the detection for durability of various automotive transmission
the inertia simulation system of endurance test-bed for transmission is designed based inertia simulation method
which has mixed the machinery and electricity.According to the hybrid inertia simulation method
the design principle of the flywheel groups is determined
and kinetic energy compensation system is established. The electrical machinery is regulated by the rotational speed control method so that the kinetic energy for the flywheels is compensated and the efferent inertia of system is regulated
the simulation context of the test-bed is analyzed. Finally
taking the test-bed with the basal inertia of 10kg·m2 as example
when its designed deceleration is 0.6g
the simulated inertia scope of 0
1
95kg·m2 is realized by regula
ting flywheel groups and the domination of electrical machinery
the inertia requirements of light-duty vehicle
mid-size vehicle
and heavy-duty vehicle is met
and its possesses high analog accuracy and low experimentation cost
so that will be more useful in actual application.
