The virtual prototyping model of synchronous belt drive is established and the simulation analysis of movement process is carried out by using the software RecurDyn.Through the processing and analysis of the dynamic data
combining with the structure characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of the synchronous belt drive
the model of the synchronous belt drive is optimized from the point of improving the start up method
avoiding excitation frequency
and adding the tensioning device as well as optimizing the tooth shape
the reference for the future research of the synchronous belt drive is provided.
